Welcome, I am sure you will enjoy your stay at this estate in Daytona Beach. Very Comfy Beds and living areas. Shared common areas; kitchen you can prepare meals, living room, dining room, laundry, entertainment computer room, wifi, bedrooms and bathroom with locking doors, private bathroom, ROKU internet tv with cable. 1/2 court basketball, large yard. Large parking areas., bicycles, bar b que to use, very close to beach; 5 minute drive, 6 minutes via bicycle. If more than 2 guests, there may be additional bedrooms available, please do check with me first on availability of additional bedrooms. There is a mnimum 2 night stay. Payment can be made in advance via Paypal and they accept credit cards, or you can pay in cash upon your arrival.
