Hello, my name is Anne and I am offering a fully-furnished double bedroom with plenty of storage in a warm, friendly 4 bedroom house in Walthamstow, London E17. I share the property with my daughter who is in her 20's and our quiet, reserved cat! We are both professionals (civil service and media) and love learning about new cultures and meeting new people. As it’s our home, it’s a very clean, well maintained terraced property, completely furnished to a high standard with a large fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room with 50" TV and excellent wifi and a quiet secluded garden. The bedroom is not en suite but we also have a downstairs shower room and toilet so there won't be a queue for the bathroom. Basically there is enough room all around for everyone to have their own space. It is located in Zone 3, just 8 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central Station which takes you into the Oxford Street in 20 minutes via the Victoria Line tube or 15 minutes into Liverpool Street on London Overground. In the immediate vicinity we have pubs, restaurants, bars, cinema and shops, all within a 5 minute walk. Also Walthamstow Wetlands, London's newest and biggest nature reserve recently opened and is approximately 25 minutes walk or short bus ride from us. We have lived in this property for many years and our street is friendly, with great neighbours and we have always been very happy here.
