Sunjeev Has a House for Rent

Hi! I have a property to rent out as a share house. I will not be living at this address... Currently, I have two persons living in the property, firstly Nina she is from New Zealand and studies + works in retail as well as having a background in teaching. Very professional and respectful of other's space. She has a cat who lives with her who is friendly and mostly keeps to her room. The other is Horacio who lives downstairs, a biomedical technician, super chill and only there a few days a week he has a really lovely cat 😸 to make the space more happy and alive. The ideal flatmate must love cats and do not mind sharing the couch every now and again with them.
