Duplex: Shared common areas, but private bathroom + bedroom

This is my first multi bedroom home and I have worked really hard to create a peaceful, well-kept home of it! I get along great with people and when I am not working one of my two jobs, I like to spend time at home with Lou, my sweet, well-trained, 6-year-old golden retriever who will excitedly play tug-of-war if invited, but will choose a nap as his favorite thing to do second to getting attention/pats. I'm hoping to take up cooking/baking again this winter as a hobby in the evenings! I rarely host people and often spend my weekends with my family.
