​Roommate Wanted in Arvada ( 15 minute Walk to Old Town & Light Rail!) - Flexible Room Choice ​Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to join me at my apartment in Arvada Village I am open for any time after the new year in January (move-in date is flexible). ​The Room Options (You Choose!): I currently live here, but I am flexible on the room situation depending on your budget and needs: ​Option A (Master Bedroom): Larger space with two closets (~$800/mo). ​Option B (Standard Bedroom): Cozy space with one closet (~$700/mo). ​The Location: ​Commute: 10-15 minute walk to Old Town Arvada and the G-Line Light Rail station. ​The Unit: Located on the 1st floor. Common areas are fully furnished; your bedroom would be unfurnished. ​Bathroom: Shared. ​Laundry: On-site (3rd floor). Cost is $3.75/load. ​Parking: Available for $10/month. ​ The Finances: ​Rent: $700 - $800/month (depending on which room you pick). ​Utilities: Split evenly. (Currently averages ~$100/month total for just me). ​Security Deposit: $500. ​The Lease: You will need to apply and sign a lease with Arvada Village property management. The current lease ends in August, and I plan to renew. ​About Me: I’m an accountant working a standard 8-5 schedule (home around 5:30 PM). I’m pretty clean and keep a tidy home. ​Please no marijuana inside the house. Technically per the lease you shouldn't smoke at all but by the smell I don't think that is enforced. DM me!
