Tina Has a Room for Rent

I have a nice 2 bedroom mobile home, must be an animal lover I have 3 dogs. I do not drink or anything. I work and want a roommate that works and cleans up after theirself. You will need your own furniture the room is empty. You will have to share the bathroom and you have free rain of the house. There is a heated pool, pool table, library, gym in the clubhouse also 2 grills with patio furniture outside the laundry area. I do have a washer and dryer but the dryer needs to be fixed. I am from Mississippi so I haven't found anyone to fix it yet. You can call me with any questions and can move in Jan 1st. If in a bind we can discuss further arrangements to move in before.
