Double bedrooms available in a great residential location in central Hove (near Brighton). At the moment just one room is available. The large room with the bay window. Pleasant 10 minute walk to Hove beach. Close to buses and trains with easy access to Brighton. Shopping street is just around the corner. - There are 2 rooms available. Both are double rooms with a double bed, space for clothes, desk, office chair and fast Wifi. I prefer longer stays - anything from a few weeks to several months. - I live in the house with my dog, and there is often one other guest. It is a friendly easygoing household. You'll need to like dogs as he is a large dog who will bark when you arrive. - The bathroom and kitchen are shared with me and the other guest. You will have space in the fridge and cupboard and full use of the kitchen. There is a washing machine and dishwasher available. Hairdryer, iron and other amenities are available as required. - There is a small rear patio garden which you can use. Smoking is allowed in the garden only. - There are many language schools locally. - Bus routes are good and nearby with a frequent service to all parts of town. Central Brighton is a short bus or train ride away or you could comfortably walk it. There are 2 train stations nearby.
