This is a large Master Bedroom. It is initially a short term let. The house is a 3 storey house, with plenty of space, kitchen, living room area and 3 bathrooms. You will be living with 2 working professionals. The area has access to 43 bus (a 5-minute walk) which will take you directly to the city center. Alternatively, the Swords Express will take you directly to Dublin in approx 20 minutes. There is a spar (7 minutes walk) away which is a large grocery store. There is an Aldi and a Lidle close by. Swords Pavillions shopping center is a huge shopping center with a Starbucks, Penny's and numerous clothes shops, electronic shops, etc, close by. Aside from the shopping centre, there are 2 parks and a beach close by (Portmarnock Beach 15 minutes by bus. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet room, that will be your sanctuary at the end of a busy day, this might just be ideal for you.
