The house in total houses 4 people total including you - two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. This room is one of the two upstairs rooms. Temperature for heat and cooling is controlled via a central HVAC. The room is furnished with a: - full-sized bed (comforter, pillows, sheet provided) - night stand and dim bedside lamp - high-end electric standing desk with a desk lamp and basic Steelcase rolling office chair Who you are sharing the kitchen, dining and living room with: - There is one long-term roommate lives in the unit next to the kitchen, in where the living room is located of the house. She is super friendly and social , has an early morning work schedule and is home most days. Other areas of the house: - Laundry is on the second floor between the two upstairs rooms. - There is a small fenced-off backyard with a couple of bushes and a small tree. You are welcome to plant a garden or plant in pots provided the water is used responsibly. - All roommates shares in helping to keep the kitchen clean and take the trash to the outside bins, and bins to the street for pickup weekly.
