Kylee Has a Flat for Rent

I'm friendly, laid-back, and pretty easygoing. I currently work full-time in retail, so my schedule can be a little unpredictable, but I'm hoping to transition into banking soon and have more consistent hours. I'm a mix of social and independent. I can be chatty and enjoy getting to know people, but I also value my alone time, especially at home. I'm not a neat freak, but I do believe in picking up after myself and keeping shared spaces reasonably clean. I'm 420-friendly and occasionally smoke, but I'm fine taking that outside. I don't smoke cigarettes and rarely vape anymore. I have a dog who's part of the family! I'm open to another dog as long as they get along, but I'd ask that yours stay in your bedroom when you're away so my girl can still roam the apartment. I'm fine with occasional guests and significant others visiting, but I'd prefer communication around frequent overnight stays and wouldn't want a constant rotation of guests. Utilities would be split 50/50, and we'd generally keep our own household supplies separate. We'd each have our own bathroom, too! I'm looking for someone responsible, considerate, and easy to communicate with. Ideally, we can get along while still respecting each other's space and routines!
