Nathan Has a Condo for Rent

Hey there! We're looking for a friendly, respectful roommate to join our updated second-floor condo in the Sand Creek Commons community (80916). It's just minutes from both Peterson Space Force Base and Fort Carson, so if you're stationed nearby or work in the area, the commute is hard to beat. The open room is unfurnished, so you can make it your own. You'd share the bathroom, kitchen, living room, and deck. The condo has a cozy gas fireplace, central air, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer in the unit, and off-street parking. Pets are welcome, and it's a non-smoking home. It's $800 a month with all utilities included, so there are no bills to split and no chasing anyone for money. It's month-to-month, which keeps things easy if you're on orders or figuring out your next move. We're hoping to find someone who's easy to live with, keeps shared spaces tidy, and is respectful of everyone in the house. If that sounds like you, send a message telling us a little about yourself, and we'll set up a time for you to come see the place! **Details for the form:** Condo, private unfurnished room, shared bath, $800 a month with utilities included, $850 deposit, available now, month-to-month, cats and dogs OK, and no smoking.
