- Milandi Madiba44Searching in Reading, OHHi, I enjoy living near green spaces and bodies of water. I prefer the top floor. Ease of spacial design is important to me--for instance reaching the faucets to turn the shower on and off. I'm clean, particularly in the kitchen because I hate pests, but still human and sometimes leave things here and there in living spaces. Safety is important to me and I prefer folks who like reducing hazards. Warm politeness in the home is nice. It could be cool to become friends with housemates, but that isn't expected nor required with me.Target Now under $1,000

- Jonathon41Searching in Reading, OHHi! I’m a 41-year-old LGBTQ+ professional who works remotely and is looking to co-rent a calm, clean, and respectful home with one other mature person. I value peace, stability, and kindness, and I’m looking to create a shared space that feels grounding—not stressful. I’m quiet, considerate, and easygoing. I enjoy artsy spots, good food, bookstores, and weekends spent exploring places like Columbia or Baltimore—but at home, I appreciate stillness and a low-key vibe. I’m open to living with a man or woman, as long as you’re LGBTQ-friendly, respectful, and aligned with the same lifestyle: chill, clean, and no drama. Ideally looking in the Savage/Dorsey/Elkridge area. Would love to find a 2- or 3-bedroom home (with multiple bathrooms if possible), budget around $2,000–$2,400 total. In-unit laundry and easy transit access are a plus. If you’re looking to co-create a peaceful, grounded living environment—feel free to reach out!Target under $1,350
