David Has a House for Rent

Nice size house and very clean living home. The house is a little over 1600 square feet with a living room, large family room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen is available to use if needed. Free Wi-Fi and on-site laundry access. We have two Yorkies friendly but they bark. We are a Christian couple. The neighborhood is conveniently located near the freeways, Lakewood / Cerritos malls, 15 minutes from CSULB and 5 minutes from Long Beach City College, Lakewood Campus. Plenty of street parking. Two bicycles available. Guests can walk to shops and restaurants. Nearby buses and LA metro rail gets you directly to downtown Long Beach and downtown LA, Long Beach Performing Art Center, the Long Beach Convention Center, Metroflex Gym Long Beach.
