Hi Folks - I have a shared room available in my home. Can be given as a private room for $1000 Fully furnished townhouse near Downtown Calgary. The room is on sharing basis with one other indian male working professional in early 30s. He has a traveling job and is therefore not at home for weeks at a go. Washroom, Kitchen and living room is shared with 2 males in total. Room has a twin bed, desk, spacious closet and dresser. There is plenty of storage in basement. Living room also furnished with Tv and sofa. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, toaster. Washer dryer in basement. Small patio for BBQ / chilling. Looking for clean, mature male preferably working professional. Available Feb 1st or negotiable move in. Rent is 550 all utilities included. Internet included. Preferably long term but short term works. 10 mins drive to downtown Calgary, 30 to 40 mins by public transit. Bus stop 3 mins from house. Grocery and restaurant options nearby. No smoking or loud parties. Drinking occasionally is no problem.
