I have 2 dogs that ive raised from puppies. They are big loud and stupid. My landlord doesnt fix anything so its pretty much on mu to take care of this dump. You get a room and a shitty bathroom we share. If your afraid of dogs this isnt for you. I have a great job in Frayser at Gssc enterprises as a hydraulic cylinder rebuilder. I have no vehicle right now, my ex basically left me in a house i cant afford. Im trying to save money and work on me. I dont drink or do drugs, i dont party. I just want peace. Rents $500 a month which includes everything plus utilities. The room isnt furnished You will need to get an ac unit. Id prefer an older working male that wont steal my shit. This place needs fixed up so if your good with your habds its a plus.
