Roommate wanted

Roommate needed for Madison Ave, Dunmore apartment. Move in is August 1, 2025. Rent is $1,300, meaning we each pay $650, which is a huge steal. Please note I have a husky & 2 cats. 2 private bedrooms, living room and huge kitchen with island. There is also a private back deck and shared wrap around front porch. You pay your half of rent and we split electric and gas. The internet is a freebie-I will pay that. Parking Is on street. 💥 As for the landlord’s requirements: *600 credit score or above *Current job for 6 months *Make at least 1500 a month *No evictions in past *No criminal background *Cats only-no more dogs *$650 security deposit, plus $650 first month rent. Thats $1,300 to move in
