mia Has an Apartment for Rent

hey hey ! my name is mia and i’m looking for a roommate that wants to collaborate to make our space a comfy home for both of us. I decorated a lot but I’m willing to let go of some furniture items (the coffee table, tv stand, and smaller couch). My expectations of a good roommate would be to keep the common areas clean and wiping any mess you make after you make it. I’ve had roommates ruin my wood table with coffee stains becaus they left it there thinking it would come out later :/ I also have the rule of not leaving any dishes in the sink overnight since it attracts roaches. I do not like monitoring people to clean up after themselves because no matter how i tell people to do their dishes, they always think im being passive aggressive like no, i just dont like making homes for roaches. so please be clean, i cant take another messy roommate that does not care about our home. i’m really not that strict its just that my previous roommates (a couple) were awful and inconsiderate. so about me and routine: i currently have two jobs as a pastry chef in the mornings and a server at a bowling alley at night. i only have sundays off so thats when i like to clean. i would prefer someone who would alternate tasks or just be down to throw some music on and clean together to make it faster. i had a cat that tragically passed a couple months ago, that triggered the moveout of my awful roommates since the one out of the two never liked my sweet cat. so i do not have a cat anymore but if the opportunity rises then I will adopt a cat. kitchen is pretty much fully equipped for cooking since ive been baking my whole life. i love going to spas, botanical gardens, yummy food places, and watching shows like kdramas and love island. however, i current work 8am-12am most days so i won’t be home until i quit one of the two jobs.
