I am a young, relatively new homeowner who highly values cleanliness and respect in the home. As long as you pay rent on time or at least are communicative about your situation and clean up after yourself, there will be no issues. You will have full access to any appliance in the common areas of the house, such as the washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, and coffee maker, among other things. One pet will be allowed without requiring a pet deposit, however you are fully responsible for the care of and cleaning up after it, as well as reimbursement for potential property damage. I am very laid back, reasonable and negotiable as long as you remain communicative. You will have a lock on your bedroom door that only you and myself will have keys for, and I will be communicative about any and all entry of your space. Kids, pets, and guests are welcome in the home within reason as long as you accept responsibility for them.
