Thilaka Has a House for Rent

Hello I currently live in my home with my dog and cat and occasional visits from friends and family, day to day life is quiet and calm both in the house and surrounding street. Rooms i'm renting are kept tidy, although I can't guarantee the rest of the house will be as i am quite creatively messy at times and house could do with some renovation, that said i have created a cosy welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are on top floor of three story house next to bathroom. Teas and coffee available when needed in well equipped kitchen. The double room has a kettle and tea making things. Happy for food to be prepared in the kitchen just let me know if you will need space to store food in advance. Although i have no TV's in the house there are lots of books.
