Condo is a 3 bed 2.5 bath. 2 story with bedrooms located upstairs I am moving out but filled out the profile to match my current/your future roommates. Female,working professionals between ages 37 and 42 Pets: Each has 1 small dog. 3yrs and 10yrs. Very short hair, the other long hair Dogs are calm and only bark if someone knocks on the door Only the younger dog gets up on the couch occasionally Dogs are not fully house trained but roommates pick up after the dogs and clean the carpet with the extractor I did not have any pets in my room/ your room. There is no pet rent. Chores: Roommates rotate cleaning the common areas Bills: Total split equally amongst the three of us. Your portion below: Pg&e: $100-$200 a month per person Water: $75-$100 every other month per person Wifi: $35 a month per person Rotate purchasing shared supplies: toilet paper, paper towels,dishwashing pods, dish liquid, butter, cooking oil.
