I am a single and quiet 34-year-old man looking for a decent, safe place to live, located in or around the Riverside area. I don’t hold parties, don’t smoke, and do not have pets. As I am in a committed relationship with my girlfriend, I need to either find a small basement apartment with 1 parking space or a shared space with a roommate.
