Steady income, six days a week in commercial pool service — a skilled trade, not gig work, so rent is reliable and there are no employment gaps. Early riser (up around 4am), out most of the day, home in the evenings and low-key — not someone hosting people or making noise late. I'm also friendly and easygoing — I get along with just about anybody and can usually find common ground with different kinds of people, so I'm easy to live alongside even if we're not alike. Building a software project on the side in my spare hours, which means when I am home, I'm mostly working quietly, not out socializing. Cool with pets as long as they're not destructive. Respectful of shared space and boundaries by default — I'd rather over-communicate about house norms upfront than let friction build.
