Must have a job and pay bills on time. Also doesn't bring any drama to our house.. we chill after work, and mind our own business. Im always putting my work first. I'm usually out of the house by 430am and back around 5 pm. Sleep and do it all over again. Work on weekends at times. I like to keep my living area clean and neat, but I am chill and get along great with anyone.

It is a very quiet Estate and could be described as a Retreat yet just 5 minutes to Kierland Commons the biggest shopping and restaurant upscale area of Scottsdale. Also a short drive to West World. South Scottsdale is also very close a ten minute drive. Centrally located to both North and South Scottsdale. My room prices change with the season. Summer rates are lower and winter rates are higher. Snowbirds flock to my area in the winter because it is sunny all the time and they like to avoid their cold climates and the snow. Ask for my season and off season pricing. Please note: * I don't hold a cell phone only a landline phone. My listings are single occupancy. It's geared toward the traveling solo person who wants a quiet and safe stay. No Pets. The coyote population is a risk for animals and I would never want anything to happen to someone's pet.
