Deck is furnished from spring to summer. -Walking distance to most amenities. -Camera secured parking stall included in rent. -Enclosed courtyard with surveillance leading to front entrance -Condo equipped with IP security cameras (tenant will have access upon request). -Recently renovated main bathroom. -1 minute drive to access Yellowhead via 50th Street. Require 48 hours to book walkthrough. No exceptions.

Need to find a place, moving out, anywhere is good, will be out for work most of the time just need a place.
