Roommate Wanted – Shared Home in Drayton
Looking for a kind, responsible adult to share a peaceful home in Drayton Valley.
This is a shared living arrangement, not just renting a room. I’m hoping to find someone who enjoys a respectful, cooperative household where everyone contributes and looks out for each other.
Available rooms (negotiable based on occupancy, pets, if one person needs to use my vehicle as theirs there will be an extra cost…)
• Upstairs bedroom: starting around $1,100/month
• Basement bedroom: starting around $850/month
Most of the basement will be empty for you to bring your own furniture, to make your own set up down there if you like. A full garage is also available for use. I can’t get the garage door open though, maybe you can figure that out.
Plenty of garden space is available too if you like to garden.
Utilities and internet are included.
The right housemate would also be comfortable driving the household vehicle for scheduled errands and appointments as part of the living arrangement. Trips are planned ahead and worked around your schedule.

• Is comfortable driving occasionally (Edmonton trip about once a month)
