There is usually one person living in the house, working from home part of the week. There are multiple parking spaces The bedrooms are doubles, linen supplied, communal shower-room (only lodgers sharing), central heating, open log fire. The kitchen is newly refurbished with gas hob/electric fan oven/fridge freezer and washing machine, dishwasher. Tumble dryer available. There is a large open lounge which leads into a relaxing conservatory. Outside is a large landscaped garden and patio to enjoy year round. The location is fairly quiet although situated on a residential estate, next to Earslwood lakes nature park. There are local shops/post office/take away restaurants within 2 minutes walk.

Sara and Allan live in the house, We have two adult daughters, one is living in Australia and the other one is a student at Glasgow University and may be in the house during her holidays. Allan teaches History and Politics and works Monday to Friday, Sara works for the NHS 3-4 days a week. Our jobs mean that we are used to talking to people and we are friendly and open people and we are used to having people stay in our home. We moved to Leeds from London and we are still enjoying exploring Leeds and Yorkshire. When Sara is not working she likes to go to the gym, swimming or Yoga and would be happy to take a Homestay guest. We like to see independent films and sometimes we go to see live music in small venues. Between us we have travelled quite a lot and enjoy learning about different cultures and backgrounds - we can speak a tiny bit of Hungarian! We will provide a small breakfast and you can help yourself in the kitchen at a time that suits you.
