Quiet, lovely neighborhood with large yards, parks, and miles of walking trails. The bus stop is 300’ away, and a there’s a corner store right in the neighborhood. South Durham is extremely convenient to everything in the Triangle: 15 min to UNC, NCCU, or RDU; 5 minutes to I-40, Southpoint Mall, and grocery stores. A huge screened-in back porch with chairs and a hammock runs the entire back of the house and overlooks field and woods. Full kitchen and laundry on site.
