I'm a single professional that works allot, I'm clean, responsible and very respectful of others and their privacy. I'm always up to chat, but can also respect the need for quiet, peaceful time as well. I always pick up after myself, I do love to cook and get creative in the kitchen. I work almost everyday in the mornings/afternoons at a veterinary office. I plan on picking back up a few bartending shifts so I'll be gone a good chunk of the time. I do have 3 cats. They are all very well behaved and sweet. I wouldn't have guests over often and when I do it'd just be a friend or 2 for a couple hours. I'm normally pretty quiet I think. I'm also always down to chill. I'm pretty laid back, but I do also maintain a clean space. I'm particularly meticulous about making sure the bathrooms are clean and vacuuming/mopping and that litter boxes are clean (I hate when homes smell like cat/cat pee). For fun, I like to go out with friends to bars and restaurants as well spend my nights in reading, binging tv shows and movies, and hanging w my cats

So singing would only happen at times considered appropriate or not in the apartment at all if preferred.
