I have 5 years of experience hosting international students at my house. We currently have 2 bedroom upstairs and a basement room available for immediate move in. Our house is just 6 min walk from Unionville High School, and 5 min walk from bus stops, grocery stores, banks, Shoppers Drug Mart, McDonald's and many other restaurants. Our household consists of me and my husband, and hopefully we can have 2 more students/renters joining us for the upstairs and basement rooms. We are very friendly and love hosting international guests at our house. We only rent to students/renters that will follow our house rules of no smoking, not loud, and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of his/her bedroom and bathroom. Note: I apologize ahead of time, but I really don't like to provide meals, so my listing price does not include meals.

We back onto green space but are close to all kinds of transportation. I am a teacher and can help with English. ESL classes available nearby by a TOEFL for 7 dollars per hour, if you want more extra help with English. Everything else within walking distance. You will have a semi private kitchen, shared with Avi, our permanent house mate and shared with other shirt term hiuse guests. We are about 30 minutes from to down town Toronto by car and 20 to 30 minute ride to the nearest subway to get down town. We are a small family and have 2 small dog who loves people. We had a student staying with us who was on a Gluten-free diet, it was most fun trying different combinations. Our community host a lot of different event so there is always something to do. The recreational centers in the neighborhood have swimming, Tennis, Basketball, Skating, etc.

I live just north of Toronto in a two storey detached home with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one powder room. My home is close to transit - TTC, Vaughan Transit and GO train (which travels directly into the City). My neighbourhood is quiet and has a beautiful park at the end of my street and a gorgeous bike/walking path at the other end. I'm walking distance to Walmart, Lowes, and a few other small businesses. I live alone with my puppy. All my bedrooms have their own closets and the master bedroom has its own walk-in closet, ensuite with shower, bathtub and linen/toiletry closet. I have a fairly big kitchen, a cozy family room with fireplace, a dining room which I e turned into a seating room, a big backyard fully equipped with BBQ, patio sets (3!) and a storage shed. I just love my home and would love to have somebody to share it with.
