I live in a modern townhouse in an oldish suburb. It's a quiet place, 2-bedrooms with 1 room available for guests with separate bathroom & toilet. The space is bright and airy with an inner courtyard. Mirrabooka Bus Station is near the Mirrabooka Shopping Centre with cafes, gym & more. Direct bus to City and Transperth Buses #375 & #376 - short walk to home. Visitors to Perth enjoy the Hop-on Hop-off double decker bus tours. Beach short drive to coast, nature walks are not far away. Easy, free street parking. Free wifi. Friendly & independent living. Quiet atmosphere in which to rest. There is 1 friendly house cat. Short stays only - up to 2 weeks at a time. It's requested that you give at least 24 hours notice. Please pay your designated fee on the first day of your stay - cash, pay ID or transfer is fine! No drugs, smoking or vaping on the property.

We are a married couple who have lived in Australia for 35 years. We love Perth and the lifestyle it offers. We lead a very active life and enjoy being outside. Having traveled ourselves, we appreciate a safe and comfortable place to stay, which is why we are offering to share our home. Our home is close to Perth city and just a bus ride to the beach.

Our house will only suit those that are looking for peace and quiet and who don’t smoke or vape, if you do please don’t make a booking. We don’t play loud music and it is a child-free environment. There is a bus stop 10 minutes away that will take you directly into the Perth CBD or a bus to Warwick Train Station which is 4 stops from Perth Underground Train Station. In the opposite direction is Joondalup train station. We “may” require a video call with the guest before we accept your booking and identification on arrival. Cash payment is also required on your arrival can be AUD$ or USD$ ** Check-out 11am if you require a later check-out you’ll incur a $50 fee no exceptions. ** If you lose your house key there will be a $250 fee charged for a locksmith

I've recently finished the build journey of my beautiful 4X2 house, and am excited to list my spare room on homestay as my way of giving back to the community and assisting like minded travellers in Perth. I was born and raised in Ballajura, so I know the NOR Perth area well for plenty of tourist or food hot spots for you to hit up. I'm a very genuine and laid-back open minded person so transparency and empathy are my hosting values. Looking forward to hosting you in my place!

I live with my 2 dogs (nearly 6yr old greyhound and 1yr old whippet). Both my dogs, LOVE: people, company, food, dogs, kids, food! I work full time in the City (1-2 days from home). You can catch the bus to Warwick train station (10min) then you can get the train to the city (City campus) or Joondalup (ECU) in 15min. If you are studying at UWA it is an hour (plenty of time to catch up on your pre-readings!). Or you can travel with me to the train station when I drive there in the mornings.

I am a Nutritionist I prepare delicious healthy food I come from South America - I speak Spanish - French - Italian and of course English I have students from Japan - Hong Kong and South America. I am a friendly and helpful home stay parent.
