I am also offering the Master bedroom w/ an en-suite bathroom AND walk in closet at a little higher cost. Included is all utilities and Wi-Fi, basic bath and kitchen cleaning products. I provide bedspreads and bed linen which I wash bi-weekly all included in the rent - we share the cost of weekly house cleaner so the home remains fresh consistently.
