I'm Natalie and live with my partner Shaun in a safe, quiet location a few minutes walk from Highcliffe High Street and local beaches. We're a friendly couple and I have lived and worked in many countries around the world, teaching English as a foreign language. We welcome visitors from near or far, whether you're just starting your travelling adventure, or your a seasoned pro. There is a bus stop at the end of the road with links to Christchurch, Bournemouth, Bournemouth Hospital and Lymington. Hinton Admiral Train station is less than 1 mile away, for trains to the local area and direct to London. We have a 7 year old Chocolate Labrador, who is chilled out and very friendly. Shaun's 2 children (6 & 11) visit 2 nights a week (usually Tuesdays and Saturdays). We enjoy games night, where we often grab a board game for the evening - you're welcome to join in! We often go for walks/swims at the beach, you're more than welcome to bring your swim gear and see how you feel! We have 3 bedrooms, there is a large double or a single available to rent. Both have a wardrobe, drawers and a desk. There are 2 toilets, one in the family bathroom and one downstairs. You'll have access to the lounge, conservatory, garden and kitchen (where there's a washing machine). There's on street parking nearby if you have a car. We do ask that you ask permission if you want a guest to visit, the house is non-smoking, although you may smoke outside. Evening meals and lunches can be available for an extra charge, please enquire if you require this option.

Our family lives in Winton, a town near the university which is 1 1/2 miles from the centre of Bournemouth. We live with our lovely daughter Ela, who is 9 and son Aslan, who is 3. Our home is a 2 minute walk from the town of Winton, which has some lovely shops, cafes & restaurants, and a 25 minute walk to Bournemouth university or into Bournemouth town centre; buses also go to Bournemouth every 10 minutes. There are 4 bedrooms in total with a large kitchen, a separate dining area & conservatory. There is a small garden. We have a good sized upstairs twin room with a comfortable king sized bed and comes with lots of storage available, along with a single good sized room with a desk and furniture. Your bedroom is clean & nicely furnished and broadband is very good. As my husband and I run a café diner in Winton, you can be sure to receive a warm welcome from us and you are welcome to relax not just in our home, but in the café too :) I (Christine) am 37. I speak English and Turkish and enjoy cooking, watching movies, swimming and learning foreign languages Charlie is 42. He speaks English and Turkish and enjoys cooking, films & socialising.

Our family lives in a four bedroom house in Bournemouth,10 minute drive to the beach and Bournemouth town centre. I have three children aged six,nine and twelve and a small dog called Hugo,your only five minutes away from Castle Point ( our local shops).

I have a lovely 4 bed big detached house in Namu Road Winton close to talbot campus. 1 have 3 doubles and 1 good size single bedrooms to rent out to BU and AUB students. The house is fully furnished and equipped. The rent includes all bills and Wi-Fi. I live in the property downstairs. This is a premium road and area in Winton and nice and safe.

The Georgian farmhouse is tucked away on the edge of a historic village, located in the Cranborne Chase National Landscape. This area is perfect for anyone who loves stargazing, fly fishing, exploring the English countryside on foot or cycle along the Hardy Way. There is a spacious super king bedroom which overlooks the front garden. Here you will find fruit trees and the hens roam across the paddock. We also have a cockerel who wakes up early! The ensuite bathroom has a separate shower and there is a guest sitting room with wood burning stove and magazines (but no TV). There is also a large garden to relax.

Bus stops are few minutes’ walk with frequent 10 minutes rides to Bournemouth and Poole town centre and the seaside. Free parking is available on the side roads of the property. Please note, this accommodation is for females guest because there is a shared bathroom within. ID’s, proof of previous address and references required in advance, so very short notice booking may not be possible. Payments will need to be made in advance by bank transfer, after bookings, cancellations are not accepted. The accommodation is guaranteed only when a booking and payment is made.

Please note that we don’t accept couples , or guests who have to work at home. We also don’t host any one under the age of 18. The price for the room includes dinner, light cereal breakfast, accommodation and access to two loads of machine wash per week ( extra load will be charged at £5 each load). My husband is English and he used to work as an English teacher. I am Chinese. We speak English in the house. We have a 20-year old daughter and a very cute white cat. We cook Italian, Chinese, English food. Our 4-bedroom 2-bathroom 2-storey house comes with a big back garden, and it is approximately 2 minute walk to Branksome recreation ground where people play football and do daily exercises, 10 min walk to a fitness gym, Branksome train station, bus stop and Bournemouth gardens, 10 minutes drive to Bournemouth beach and Bournemouth town center, 20 minutes walk to Kaplan language school and 30 minutes walk to Westbourne academy. We have hosted quite a lot of students from Kaplan and other local language schools. Our rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated with matching furniture and come with nice views. 67MB/ second super fast fiber optic broadband is provided. We have travelled to many countries and enjoy meeting people from different culture. If you have special dietary requirements, pls get in touch before booking, as there will be extra charges. We will require a 10 percent non refundable deposit from guests before booking (by PayPal payment) and the rest of the payment can be paid upon arrival by cash. You are welcome to book the room for one month first to try things out. After that, you can extend your stay at the end of your one month stay :)

Welcome to our secluded en-suite room for two in our chalet bungalow between the New Forest and the sea. We provide a comfortable stay and a warm welcome just minutes from the national park and 10 minutes drive to the beaches. We are located between New Milton and Lymington, on the bus routes and not far from the station. Ideally placed for working or studying we are also just a short drive or train ride to the theatres, shopping malls and major entertainment venues of Bournemouth and Southampton. Blue Flag beaches and quay side cafes await. The room Enter through the front door into a private hallway and turn left for your room. You will have exclusive use of the front door during your stay and as the room is separated from the rest of the house, you will have your own space. There is free parking on the drive within sight of your room. A selection of teas & coffees are provided with a fruit bowl on arrival. We provide complimentary cereals, yoghurt and fruit juice to start the day while a Full English and other cooked breakfasts can be found just 5 minutes walk away at the Three Bells (Brewers Fayre) restaurant. They also serve lunch and dinner at excellent value. We provide crockery, cutlery and a fridge for keeping the milk fresh but can also be used for your own drinks and snacks. Also a microwave for warming up your breakfast or takeaway. There’s a small table and chairs for laptop working (plus fast free WIFI), enjoying light meals, or playing one of the board games provided. We do hope you find everything you need but if not we are on hand to help or advise. About The Host Yvonne and Paul love the New Forest area. Its beautiful here between the Forest and the Sea. You can visit the local beaches, trek along the coast to Hurst Castle or go for long walks in the Forest, enjoying its spectacular natural surroundings. Yvonne works part-time with people with learning difficulties which she says is so rewarding. "With husband Paul, we provide comfortable accommodation for working professionals and holiday guests.
