Preferences someone who is tidy, contributes to upkeep of common areas. House is located behind main property with its own address. Bills are split in half. Landlord pays gardener, water and sewage. Guest are welcome but cannot exceed more than 3 nights in a row or exceed 12 days out of the calendar year. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest after work this is a good match. I love listening to music watching animated shows and YouTube. I'm a very inside person so I will most likely be in the apartment most of the time unless I have work or class.
