We have recently installed a walkway through to the kitchen/ diner area so guests can now enjoy the place as a self-contained space. The 1950's Kitchen & Dining area can now be accessed from the lounge. There is a shower & toilet room on the same level but that is accessed through the hallway on the same floor as the Studio Apartment. Guests can also enjoy the back-garden. (Please note: The Listing is for one private Studio Apartment with Lounge & adjoining Bedroom Area entwined (the bedroom is not fully separate but has a wall between the bed and the lounge). The rest of the house is shared with the Host below on the Ground Floor. The property is just 5 minutes up the hill from Brighton Station; so, perfect for commuters or Guests wishing to visit other places of interest in Brighton; as the house is not far from the Centre of the City. Parking can sometimes be arranged with a neighbour over the road for £5 per day but cannot be guaranteed. (Please make arrangements for parking with the Host before the day of Check-In). There are other parking options but please bear in mind that Brighton has controlled parking areas throughout the city so sometimes it is better to come by train; when possible!

Both myself Alan and my wife Chrysi are happy to host any male or female student up to 50 years old who is looking to stay in England as we are university graduates, well travelled and friendly. Chrysi is an experienced teacher of the English language and is happy to help the student if required. We offer accommodation in sunny Worthing, West Sussex, England. Our flat is 3 minutes walk to the train station and 10 minutes walk to the seafront. Also only 40 minutes by train from Gatwick airport and one and half hours from London Victoria! There is also free fast internet included in the price as well as a fridge and cupboards for the exclusive use of the guest.

We have a 3 bedroom terraced house in a quaint rural village . Our home is warm has an open fire, a garden and we have a single room available for home stays.we have a cat and we are a family of three, myself my partner and my son who is 11 . We work and have a busy lives and are up and off early to school . but we are friendly and happy to chat or let you get on upstairs and have privacy. I do have a cleaner but we are not overly tidy we just expect people to pick up /clean up after themselves and we will too.

The big bedroom is sunny and quiet with plenty of storage space and views up racecourse hill. The Single Cubby Room is a small hotel style self contained room with a sink, TV and storage space. Both rooms use the shared bathroom and kitchen and come with Towels, breakfast & Wi-Fi all included.
