This home is in Katy. 14x14 room with walk in closet and private bathroom (not connected) This room is on the second floor. 5 bedroom/4 bathroom house near Katy Mills Mall! The total cost would be $650/month with everything included! I have in-house washer/dryer, great AC/heat, unlimited internet, and the whole house is already furnished except the room. Backyard with covered patio. The bathroom would be exclusive to you. Gym with weights upstairs in the den. I can have the room furnished for $50 extra a month.
