Shortly after my arrival the country went on lockdown. Shortly after that other things started to follow a downward spiral. Now I'm stuck in FL without a place to live, no vehicle and no family.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1 car garage townhouse in South Gulf Cove. Legal address is Port Charlotte, but it is on the Englewood side of El Jobean bridge. All utilities are included. This includes lawn care and pest control. Very quiet street. Master bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet. There is an extra empty bedroom possibly for use as office or set up for any visiting company.

Hard working single, full time job plus side jobs just need a private peaceful place. I'm respectful and quiet no drama no drugs. I do have a well behaved and trained service dog.
