I am a self-employed female in her early 50s looking for a place to rent I work a lot mainly home on weekends and evenings quiet friendly and clean

Im quiet like to mingle with a random person sometimes and I like watching footy nrl or any other sport especially on the weekends

I am renting a studio with one bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private entrance ( female only ). The studio is in a quiet suburb located 7 mins drive from the shopping centre and 10 min driving to the beach.
