Must be able to tolerate (or at least roll eyes) at dry/esoteric humor.

He is a friendly pooch that loves to greet visitors. I have a four bedroom home, however to comply with city ordinance I am only able to rent out one room at a time. Also I am only able to accept guests that stay longer than 30 days.
