I have a wonderful, clean and well-trained indoor cat. He is very comfortable staying only inside my own bedroom. I’d be happy to give someone security deposit for him if that’s necessary? I have great scratch toys for him to keep him away from furniture. And I spoil him by cleaning his litter box after every use so that it never smells.
