I recently moved from Phoenix and I need a place to rent. I am a chef and I'm looking for work. I was born and raised in Fremont and have family here in the area. I have a large savings and have no problem paying on time. I am looking to move in as soon as possible.

I'm looking for a place for myself and a cat to call home. I do not smoke and don't really drink unless it's a special occasion. I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself a lot.

I'm a student who also works part-time so most of my time home would most likely be spent working on assignments, although I would be open to hanging out together. I like going out to Chicago when I can. I also design and create jewelry in my free-time. I have a cat who usually hides from people but is cuddly when he gets close to you and rarely gets mad. I am also in the process of getting an ESA letter for him. I plan to transfer from Ivy Tech to a four-year school in Fall 2026, so a 12 or 13 month lease would be perfect.

I am a UBC student sent by the military for a semester exchange. I’m very near clean tidy, organised and responsible.
