Transferring in my second year of uni from Greenwich to Brighton and looking for some accommodation not too far from my campus.

This is a lovely double room in my flat - light and airy. The room is in the attic space assessable via a wooden ladder with reduced head height in places. The flat is modern, bright and tidy. Currently there is a female student from Nepal in the other bedroom studying for her PhD at Sussex Uni. The flat has central heating controlled by a Hive thermostat and a wood burner in the lounge. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a separate toilet. There is a small garden to the rear of the property which is a sun trap in the summer.
