I love kids but don't have any that even live in California still ...and animals we adore dogs very much but don't have any as our baby little tiny Chihuahua girl passed away in 2024 after 14 years of good times. Hello I am here to help myself and you, I know rent is high and it’s hard to pay thousands for a place on you’re own, so I was thinking I don’t like cleaning but I love a clean respected home if you are willing to clean 22 hours a month, you can pay 300$ if not then 900 and I’ll hire help to clean. I am a very quiet person and respectful so it gos for both of us no no guests or sleepovers. Unless if it’s your mom and dad then I don’t mind that. Parents are allowed. 🙏 but no sleep overs this is a good opportunity to save some money.
