We also get a lot of sun, which is good for the raised garden bed on the back patio. We are less than a five minute walk from Roosevelt park and a gold line bus stop. You would be in the bigger of the 2 rooms, which is 10ft by 12ft plus a very large closet. Your half of rent would be 925, which includes w/s/g, and the power bill. The common areas are fully furnished now but my current roommate will be taking some of the downstairs furniture and part of the kitchen, so we would need to replace that between the 2 of us.
