I’m very conscious of noise levels, personal boundaries, and shared responsibilities, and I believe good communication is the key to a successful living arrangement.
I’ve lived and worked with many different people over the years, including in fast-paced jobs like food service, retail, and even ski/snowboard rental shops. These experiences have helped me develop strong people skills and the ability to stay calm and patient in stressful situations. I’ve also been a manager and team leader, so I know how to handle conflicts in a mature and respectful way if they come up.
I’m also very dependable—I always pay my bills on time, I keep common areas tidy, and I pull my weight when it comes to chores. At the same time, I’m friendly and enjoy socializing, whether it’s having a conversation after a long day or teaming up to cook a meal or watch a movie. I also know how to respect personal space when someone needs downtime.
As someone who’s active and goal-oriented, I keep a balanced lifestyle. I’m currently a student working toward my Associate of Arts in Business, and I race cars in my free time, which keeps me focused and disciplined.
