It's important that any potential roommate or homeowner is fully comfortable with this arrangement, as I need a quiet, interruption-free environment during my working hours.
Ideally, I'd love to share a home with someone who works outside the house during the day, allowing us both to enjoy our own space and routines. I value mutual respect, clear communication, privacy, and a peaceful living environment.
Outside of my professional career, I'm also a singer, songwriter, music producer, and DJ. I'm independent, clean, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces and personal boundaries.
I have a sweet little rescue Chihuahua named Gigi, who is my emotional support animal (ESA), so a home that welcomes her is a must. She's my little sidekick!
I'm ideally looking for a private room, preferably a master bedroom with a private bathroom, for approximately 6–12 months, although I'm open to shorter-term or month-to-month arrangements.
My preferred areas include Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, and surrounding Orange County communities.
