I work full time for CU Boulder as a night shift custodian. I'm hoping to find somewhere to move in September 30th. I keep to myself a lot but I do cook and enjoy gardening. I'm not too picky about homes, so long as I have privacy, there is AC or I can run my AC units. I like keeping a place clean but I'm not a neat freak, and I like to improve the place I'm living in if necessary.
