I am looking for a long-term rental location. I have previously lived in shared accommodation for a while, and I am looking to live alone to grow as a person. I do have an 8 - 4 job, and I have friends in the city. I tend to keep to myself, but I'm usually up for a good chat. I don't often go out at most (on average 1 or 2 at the pub), so I shouldn't be any disturbance. I am very open to discussing any difficulties or any needed changes. also I do play the saxophone, but not regularly.

I keep the public space tidy if shared. Usually don't bring outsiders to flat, so won't cause any trouble.
