I’m a doctor from India with a specialist interest in addiction studies, where my work focuses on helping people regain control of their lives and build healthier futures. Medicine has always given me purpose, but addiction studies in particular opened my eyes to the complex relationship between health, psychology, and society. It’s a field that constantly challenges me and keeps me grounded in empathy, science, and real human stories.
Outside of work, I try to keep life full of energy and balance. I’ve always been passionate about sports—whether it’s watching or playing—because they bring out both the discipline and the fun side of me. Music is another big part of who I am. You’ll often find me at gigs, especially if they feature drum and bass, techno, or house. The energy of live music, the community around it, and that shared sense of freedom on the dance floor are unbeatable.
I’m a bit of a foodie and love exploring new flavours, cuisines, and hidden food spots. Pair that with my love for exploring in general—be it new cities, nature trails, or cultural events—and I’m always open to new experiences. Friends describe me as easy-going and straightforward. I value honesty, simplicity, and a good laugh.
At the heart of it, I enjoy connecting with people, whether through my work, shared passions, or spontaneous adventures. Life feels best when it’s lived fully—balancing purpose with play, and curiosity with care.
