Im bit of a loaner and tend to stay to myself until I'm able to get to know a person. I ended up in FL in January of 2020, pursuing my independence after some life altering changes. Shortly after my arrival the country went on lockdown. Shortly after that other things started to follow a downward spiral. Now I'm stuck in FL without a place to live, no vehicle and no family.

I'm pretty to myself, I didn't have parties so I invite people over. I usually stay in my room as I write a lot for my side gig. My room may be a bit messy but I'm very particular about maintain public areas, kitchen, living area, bathroom, etc. I enjoy talking about movies and books and I'm open to I've I hey to know you. If you like to invite several people over all the time and random people sleep over, I'm just not your guy.

Im reliable, fair, pretty easy going, i do like to party it up on the weekends but over all i will be more responsible when it comes to paying rent that is due whenever it is due.

I'd say I'm pretty quiet. If I'm not, you could always ask me to quiet down. When I get bored, usually I do whatever chores I can, but most of the time, I do them once it comes up.
