I want a room under 200 monthly I am looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable room to rent in a safe and peaceful area. I am a responsible, friendly, and respectful person who values cleanliness and a quiet living environment. I am currently studying and working, so I spend most of my time at university or work. I always pay my rent on time and take good care of the place where I live.
I would prefer a furnished room with basic facilities such as a bed, wardrobe, desk, Wi-Fi, kitchen access, and laundry facilities. A location close to public transport, supermarkets, or local shops would be very convenient, as it would make travelling easier.
I do not smoke, I do not have any pets, and I respect other people's privacy and personal space. I am happy to share common areas such as the kitchen and bathroom, and I always clean up after myself. I believe in maintaining a friendly and peaceful atmosphere with housemates.
